**Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (WEDM) Operator Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Material Verification**:

- Check and confirm raw material dimensions before loading to ensure they meet job requirements.
- **Production Planning**:

- Follow and adhere to the daily production plan to meet targets efficiently and on schedule.
- **Machine Maintenance**:

- Perform daily preventive maintenance on WEDM machines to ensure smooth and safe operation.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Verify that parts meet specifications and run the process as required to maintain quality standards.
- **Instrument Handling**:

- Operate and handle basic measuring instruments, ensuring accurate measurement and inspection of parts.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Coordinate with supervisors to update and manage day-to-day activities, addressing any issues promptly.

**Skills Required**:

- Familiarity with WEDM operations and machine maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Ability to follow production plans and instructions.
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members and supervisors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
