We are Hiring for US Healthcare process - AR Callers (Experienced -Night Shift )
- **1-3 Years** of experience in accounts receivable follow-up/denial management for US healthcare customers
- Knowledge on Denials management and A/R fundamentals
- Willingness to work continuously in night shifts
- Prior experience of working in a medical billing / US Healthcare BPO company is a must
- Location - Chennai ( Velachery )

**Job description**
- To perform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reasons for underpayment, days in A/R, top denial reasons.
- Should possess a good understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management Provider.
- Strong exposure in Account Receivables and Denial Management.
- Should have specialized hands-on expertise in analysing insurance claims denials, take steps for reprocessing of claims.
- Actively participate in company's learning and compliance initiatives.
- Ensure SLA Deliverables adhere to quality standards.
- Ability to work independently in resolving claims.
- Should be a Self-Starter.
