**Job Summary**

Hybrid Urbanists is a multi-disciplinary design firm involved in Government projects i.e. master planning, layout formation and other structural works for tender stages.
- Architectural & Industrial projects

1. Working residential & industrial sanction/approval drawings for government department

2. Working on detailed working drawings (Floor plans, Sections Elevations etc.)

Master Planning (industrial & residential layouts)

1. Working on layout formation, area calculation, Detailed ROW, spur culverts, box culverts, storm water drain, electric ducts designs etc.

Diploma in Architecture/Bachelor of Architecture

With a 0-2 years of experienced in drafting to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with defined scope of work. Computer literate & **AutoCAD 2D & 3D**, **SketchUp** is must.

**Willing to commit for 24 months to the company**

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Drafting of building plan approvals (residential & industrial ware houses)
- Drafting architectural plans for execution level detailing.
- Measurements as per IS Code
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude. Creating a good environment
- Self-motivated: Working effectively with little direction
- Ability to Work in Harmony

Hybrid Urbanists have been working very closely with various national and state government bodies and also with developers & private entrepreneurs.

Working hours: from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (9 hours per day), Monday to Saturday.
