Identify potential clients and businesses interested in commercial real estate properties in Noida.
- Conduct market research to analyze current trends and competitor activities.
- Showcase properties to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and investment potential.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on relevant industry regulations, market conditions, and property values in Noida.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in commercial real estate sales, preferably in the Noida market.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics in India.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹12,097.38 - ₹80,701.18 per month

Supplemental pay types:
