Wedding Planner who has experience creating beautiful weddings in a wide variety of settings. Adept at making a couple’s special day perfect networking with necessary vendors and maintaining organizational control over even the largest wedding. Specializes in large and high profile weddings. They should also be able to ensure that everything remains on schedule.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand client taste, choice of palettes, preference of themes and their ideas to come with plans accordingly
- Supervise a team of assistants during the event set-up process to ensure that the decor is installed correctly
- Advising on etiquette, tradition and customs during the ceremony
- Liaising and negotiating with wedding vendors - those service providers such as venue staff, florists, caterers and photographers.
- Coordinate Ceremonies & Activities
- Deal with any difficulties that occur before, during, and after the event, making sure things go smoothly
- Creating designs for event spaces that reflect the theme of the event
- Coordinating to ensure the event’s timeline and details
- Managing the event design process from start to finish, including creating sketches of designs for client approval
- Ensuring that all elements of the event are in place and ready to go on time
- Research and source appropriate decor elements, including furniture, fabric, lighting, and props

**Requirements and skills**
- Knowledge of planning management and all dept.
- Proven wedding or event planning experience.
- Understand show running and concept creation
- Strong networking and negotiating skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and client management skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
