Quantity Surveyor

**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Take actual measurements of all work as per drawings and prepare measurement sheets along with sketches/layouts, etc.
- Check and verify all bills, and finalize the same by validating measurements and job specifications as per the work order.
- Review bills to ensure they match the actual work done on-site and align with the BOQ and work order clauses.
- Maintain detailed records—project-wise, phase-wise, and work-wise—of contractor bills, material delivery challans, measurement sheets, billing documents, and contract documents (both hard and soft copies).
- Conduct site visits to check work status, quality, material consumption/coverage, and measurement sheets.
- Analyze various aspects of the project depending on its size and type.
- Prepare preliminary cost estimates for projects in the conceptual stage.
- Assist the Senior Manager with all MEP-related tasks.
- Perform comparative analysis of estimates for various specifications and recommend optimal cost-effective solutions aligned with company standards.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
