Sales Execuive

Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online marketing.
- **Client Interaction**: Engage with prospective buyers and investors to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, and provide suitable solutions.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and prices with clients to close sales, ensuring mutual satisfaction. Assist in preparing agreements, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on the local.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain and update records of sales, prospects, and client interactions. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing after-sales support.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
