A Computer Technician's job is to ensure smooth functioning of computer systems and networks by installing, maintaining, and repairing hardware and software, providing technical support, and troubleshooting issues. They also play a role in onboarding new hires, training employees, and implementing security measures. Key Responsibilities:

- **Hardware & Software Installation and Maintenance**:Setting up new computer systems, installing software, and performing routine maintenance to keep systems functioning optimally.
- **Troubleshooting and Repair**:Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, including network problems and printer malfunctions.
- **Technical Support**:Providing assistance to users with computer-related questions and problems, including training on new software or hardware.
- **Security and Data Protection**:Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect company networks and data from unauthorized access or breaches.
- **Network Administration**:Setting up and managing local and wide area networks, including configuring network devices and managing IP addresses.
- **Documentation and Records**:Maintaining records of repairs, fixes, and system configurations for reference.
- **Onboarding and Training**:Assisting with the IT aspects of onboarding new employees and providing training to users on how to use computer systems effectively.
