**Urgent Requirement: Account Executive (Changodar, Ahmedabad)**

**Aeron Composite Ltd.**, a leader in the Manufacturing/Industrial sector, is looking for a motivated **Account Executive** to join our team at Changodar, Ahmedabad.

**Position Details**
- **Designation**: Account Executive
- **Experience**: 1 to 4 years

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee general accounting operations, including verifying and controlling financial transactions.
- Reconcile account balances, bank statements, and maintain the general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and prepare month-end close procedures.
- Analyze financial reports and forecasts with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Assist with tax audits, tax returns, and ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
- Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers, providing technical support when needed.
- Liaise with financial managers to improve accounting systems and procedures.
- Produce error-free accounting reports and summarize financial status.

**Key Skills**
- In-depth knowledge of taxation laws, customs taxation, export exemptions, and rebate procedures.
- Expertise in handling taxation audits.
- Proficiency in Tally, GST, and related software.
- Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills.
- Strategic prospecting skills and experience in buyer-seller agreements.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: B.Com/M.Com/Finance or equivalent degree.
