**Role Overview**

We’re looking for persuasive and energetic **Telecallers** to help us generate leads, set up appointments, and promote our software products to potential clients. You’ll be guiding prospects toward meaningful conversations with our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients across various industries.
- Introduce and explain the benefits of Carbonate, Metro ERP, and Flavor CRM.
- Schedule product demos and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Handle basic queries and objections with professionalism and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferably in tech or SaaS).
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
- Basic understanding of HR, ERP, or CRM software is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and call tracking tools.
