As a Google and Social Media Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and engaging with our community.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand identity.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement, reach, and conversion.
- Craft and execute Google Ads campaigns to increase online visibility, drive traffic, and achieve desired conversion goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure our strategies remain effective and cutting-edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Monitor and respond to online conversations, comments, and messages, maintaining a positive brand image.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a social media manager or Google Ads specialist, with a track record of successful campaigns and audience engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, including campaign setup, keyword research, ad creation, and optimization.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas.
- Residence in or near Sojat, Pali, Rajasthan, with a strong understanding of the local community's preferences and culture.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Sojat, Rajasthan: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
