**CCTV Responsibilities**
- **Installation & Configuration**:

- Install CCTV cameras (IP/Analog), NVR/DVR, monitors, and accessories.
- Configure camera settings (IP address, resolution, recording schedule, motion detection).
- Ensure proper alignment and coverage as per site plan.
- **Network & Connectivity**:

- Integrate CCTV with LAN/WAN networks.
- Configure remote access, live monitoring, and storage backup.
- Troubleshoot network-related camera issues.
- **Maintenance & Support**:

- Regular inspection of cameras, lenses, cables, and recording systems.
- Firmware/software updates of NVR/DVR and cameras.
- Diagnose and resolve video loss, image quality issues, or login errors.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Prepare site survey reports, installation diagrams, and camera layouts.
- Maintain asset registers for installed equipment.
- Ensure compliance with client security standards.

**Fiber Responsibilities**
- **Installation & Cabling**:

- Lay and splice fiber optic cables for CCTV/data communication.
- Terminate fibers in ODFs (Optical Distribution Frames), patch panels, and enclosures.
- Conduct fiber cable routing (underground, aerial, or duct).
- **Testing & Quality Assurance**:

- Perform OTDR, power meter, and light source testing.
- Ensure loss budget and signal quality are within standards.
- Troubleshoot fiber breaks, attenuation, and connectivity issues.
- **Maintenance & Support**:

- Attend breakdowns, fiber cuts, and perform emergency splicing.
- Preventive maintenance of fiber routes.
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for backbone fiber issues.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain fiber route maps, splicing diagrams, and test reports.
- Update as-built drawings and connectivity records.
- Follow safety guidelines during trenching, splicing, and climbing works.
