Part Time Skates Coach

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular skating classes for students across different age groups and skill levels.
- Design and implement structured training programs focusing on basic to advanced skating techniques.
- Ensure the safety of students by teaching correct posture, balance, and use of protective gear.
- Identify and nurture talent for inter-house, inter-school, and district/state-level competitions.
- Organize practice sessions, skating events, and demonstrations within the school.
- Maintain discipline, encourage teamwork, and instill sportsmanship values in students.
- Monitor and track the progress of each student and provide feedback to parents and school authorities.
- Ensure all skating equipment (skates, helmets, safety gear, rink) is well-maintained.
- Stay updated with latest skating techniques, rules, and competition guidelines.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Professional certification/diploma in Skating Coaching (preferred).
- Proven experience as a skating coach/trainer, preferably in schools or academies.
- Strong knowledge of roller skating/inline skating techniques and safety protocols.
- Ability to train beginners as well as advanced-level skaters.
- Excellent communication, patience, and motivational skills.
- First-aid knowledge is an added advantage.

**Work Environment**:

- Indoor/Outdoor skating rink or designated sports area.
- Requires physical stamina, energy, and hands-on demonstration.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
