Job Overview

**Responsibilities**:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop, execute, and optimize search campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max (PMax) to maximize reach and ROI.
- Design and refine keyword strategies and audience segmentation to capture high-intent traffic.

Optimization & Bidding
- Manage AI-driven bidding strategies (e.g., Target ROAS, Target CPA) and optimize ad formats, including Responsive Search Ads (RSAs) and Demand Gen formats like Discovery ads.
- Continuously improve campaign performance through data-driven decisions.

Campaign Management
- Oversee campaign implementation, scheduling, and ad rotation for multiple accounts and brands.
- Ensure ad creatives meet platform specifications and troubleshoot campaign delivery issues.

Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for event tracking, conversion goals, and performance measurement.
- Regularly audit and resolve discrepancies between reporting systems to ensure accurate attribution and optimization.

Collaboration & Innovation
- Work with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless campaign execution and reporting.
- Stay current with industry trends to recommend new strategies and tools for paid search campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, including Performance Max and Demand Gen.
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), with expertise in event tracking and discrepancy resolution.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
