Field Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of pest control technicians in the field.
- Assign daily tasks and schedules to pest control technicians, ensuring timely completion of jobs.
- Manage manpower resources effectively, ensuring optimal deployment of technicians to meet service demands.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, provide guidance to technicians, and address any issues or concerns.
- Train new technicians on company procedures, safety protocols, and best practices in pest control.
- Monitor inventory levels of equipment, chemicals, and supplies, and coordinate replenishment as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
