As a teacher at the Royal Group of Institutions, you will play a crucial role in preparing PU students for competitive exams like JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) and NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test), shaping their academic journey and fostering a culture of success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive classroom sessions to facilitate effective learning experiences for students.
- Provide personalized attention and guidance to students, catering to their learning needs and academic goals.
- Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and evaluations to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a supportive and conducive learning environment that encourages student participation and academic excellence.
- Collaborate with colleagues and academic staff to enhance teaching methodologies and curriculum development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, or related fields.
- Proven experience in teaching PU students, preferably in the context of JEE & NEET coaching.
- Sound knowledge of the JEE & NEET syllabi and exam patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and build rapport.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students to achieve academic success.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in lesson planning and assessment.
