**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Planning**:

- Develop architectural designs and plans for new academies, renovations, and expansions.
- Create detailed blueprints, 3D models, and construction documents.
- Ensure designs align with Orane International’s brand standards, functional requirements, and aesthetic goals.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of architectural projects, from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and interior designers to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

**Travel to Academies**:

- Frequently visit Orane academies across different locations to assess site conditions, oversee construction, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and provide on-site guidance to construction teams.
- **Compliance and Sustainability**:

- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly design practices into projects.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the HR, operations, and management teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet organizational goals.
- Present design concepts and progress updates to stakeholders.
- **Innovation and Improvement**:

- Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies.
- Recommend innovative design solutions to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of Orane academies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Professional licensure or certification as an Architect (preferred).
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to Orane academies as required.
