**Job Description - Digital Marketing (Divisional Manager)**

**Level: L2**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- in conjunction with the annual and quarterly focus for the over all marketing and product plan
- Attract and engage core team members to build capability in the team
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels - allocation of monies to mediums and formats basis marketing objectives.
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
- Measure ROI and KPIs
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts
- Measure and manage online content strategy
- in conjunction with the content offered to the customer through the path to purchase.
- Track SEO and Google Analytics data an make complex analysis
- Track the response rates and the customer funnel - in conjunction with tele-sales and dealer feedback - to refine and evolve the creatives, audiences and mediums.
- Anticipate sales performance trends. Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement

- Internal : Technology, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance
- External : Partner agencies
