Ethical Den is looking for Urgent **Full-Time SEO & Digital Marketer for **Products and Digital Marketing services for Ethical Den.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Execute tests, collect and analyse data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
2. Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
3. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
4. Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
4. Research and analyse competitor advertising links
5. Develop and implement link building strategy
6. Work with marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
7. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

*Proven SEO experience
*Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
*In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
*Experience with bid management tools
*Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
*Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM

**Workday**:Monday-Friday: 11am to 7pm & saturday: 11am to 2pm**

**Pay**: INR 15,000/ month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata - 700135, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- SEO tools: 1 year (preferred)
