**Job Title: AI/RPA Solution Architect**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Solution Design**: Architect and implement AI and RPA solutions tailored to meet specific business needs, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software developers, and business analysts, to seamlessly integrate AI/ML models and RPA workflows.
- ** Model Development**: Develop and maintain scalable AI/ML models using Python and relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NLTK, and spaCy.
- ** RPA Leadership**: Lead the architecture and development of RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (AA 360) and Power Platform, ensuring robust and efficient automation processes.
- ** Best Practices**: Ensure adherence to best practices in AI/ML and RPA development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.
- ** Mentorship**: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- ** Innovation**: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and RPA technologies, and proactively incorporate new tools and methodologies to enhance solution offerings.

**Requirements**:

- ** Experience**: 7-10 years of experience in implementing AI and RPA technologies
- ** Technical Skills**:Must Have**
1. Well versed in Microsoft Stack i.e. Azure ML/Cognitive Services, AI Builder etc.
2. Proficiency in Python and its libraries for AI/ML and NLP tasks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NLTK, spaCy)
- ** RPA Tools**: Extensive experience with RPA tools, specifically Automation Anywhere (AA 360) and Power Automate
- ** Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ** Communication**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- ** Education**: A master’s degree and/or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ** Cloud Platforms**: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI/ML models.
- ** Additional Languages**: Knowledge of other programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#.
- ** Certifications**: Certification in AI/ML or RPA technologies.
- ** Tools and Technologies**: Familiarity with additional tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment processes.
