Site Supervisor

**Job Title**: Site Supervisor
**Location**: Ambala (PAN India Travel)
**Reporting To**: Site Manager - Luxury Lighting
**Industry**: Events / Lighting / Metal Fabrication

**Qualifications**:
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil or relevant field

**Experience**:
3-5 years in supervising event setups, lighting projects, or fabrication sites

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily work on-site and ensure smooth execution
- Coordinate with electricians, fabricators, and helpers
- Ensure material availability and proper handling
- Report daily progress to Site Manager
- Maintain site safety, discipline, and cleanliness
- Assist in minor technical work if needed
- Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Handle client coordination at the site level

**Skills**:

- Strong team coordination
- Site planning and resource handling
- Basic electrical and fabrication knowledge
- Problem-solving, responsible, and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Willing to travel PAN India
- Leadership mindset with hands-on approach

**Other**:
Passport preferred for international site work

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,890.65 per month
