Job Title: IT Intern

Position Overview:
City Innovates is seeking a highly motivated and talented IT Intern to join our dynamic and innovative team. As an IT Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This internship will provide valuable skills and knowledge in the field of Information Technology while working on real projects and making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining computer systems, hardware, and software
- Support the IT team in implementing new technologies and upgrades
- Create and maintain accurate documentation for IT systems and procedures
- Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
- Participate in testing and evaluating new software and hardware
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to expand knowledge and skills
- Assist with basic network administration tasks such as user account management and security updates.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Information Technology or related field
- Strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Basic knowledge of network administration is a plus
