Digital Trainer

Lighthouse Communities Foundation works in the area of skilling and livelihoods for underserved youth. This is a pioneering program with a strong PPP model, an agency-led approach to livelihoods and a vision of socio-economic transformation. The Lighthouses are run through a public-private partnership that empowers the Government, Corporates, NGOs and Citizens to work together towards changing lives. The provision of location and capital expenditure for the Lighthouse centres is taken care of by the Government. Corporates contribute through CSR funds to provide operational expenses. NGOs come on board to provide various skilling courses to the youth. With penetration in more than 400 of the 500 odd slum communities of Pune, the program has now expanded to other cities viz. PCMC, Dombivali, Aurangabad and also States viz. Delhi, Odisha and in Hyderabad.

**Role Summary**: Responsible for training small entrepreneurs on digital marketing modules (design business collaterals, product innovation, and social media).

**Expectations/Deliverables**:

- Preparation of sessions as per training guidelines and material applicable for the program.
- Conducting classes as per schedule and methodology.
- Ensuring student attendance and participation in the sessions.
- Maintaining progress report of student, handling internal MIS system (encore) and involving day-to-day reporting.
- Helping with students’ mobilization in nearby communities & supporting centers to maintain infrastructure.
- Achieve the monthly targets with efficiency and quality.
- Maintaining a pool of alumni and conducting regular alumni events and assessments.
- One has to train learners of the age group 18- 45 about Job Preparedness, CV modification, updating appropriate information on job portals, etc.

**Preferred Skill Sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background**:

- Any Graduate.
- Should have a good understanding about Job Portals.
- Knowledge about e-Governance will be preferred.
- Self-driven, motivated and excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong people management and orientation towards relationship building.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi,Hindi and English.
- Should have digital proficiency and is comfortable and up to date with changes in technology.
- Should understand the importance of technology and believe in the cause to reduce digital divide in the society.
