**Job Title: Video KYC Executive**

**Location**: Anna Salai, Chennai
**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 Per Month
**Client**: A Leading Bank
**Shift**: Rotational
**Qualification**: Graduate

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct video-based KYC for new customers as per the bank’s compliance guidelines.
- Verify customer identity and validate the authenticity of submitted documents during live video interaction.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all customer data.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service during customer interactions.
- Identify potential fraud risks and escalate them as per the company’s protocols.
- Update customer information in the bank’s system with a high degree of accuracy.
- Adhere to company’s internal and regulatory guidelines regarding KYC and data protection.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Educational Qualification**: Graduate in any discipline.
- **Language Proficiency**: English (mandatory - speaking and writing) and at least one of the following - Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu (speaking mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to operate video calling platforms and data entry systems.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

**Preferred Skills**
- Prior experience in KYC, customer service, or similar roles will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of banking processes and compliance requirements related to KYC.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
