**Salary Range**: 15,000 - 25,000 per month + Incentives

As a Business Development Officer at Meta Pack and Control, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, driving growth and expanding our reach in the competitive IT and software sales landscape.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and acquire new clients for our software solutions through strategic prospecting and lead generation.
- **Sales and Marketing**: Utilize your sales and marketing skills to promote and sell our software products to potential clients.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Efficiently use CRM tools to manage and track client interactions, ensuring a smooth and organized sales process.
- **Target Achievement**: Work towards and achieve monthly targets set by the company, demonstrating a commitment to results-oriented performance.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to make informed business development decisions.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on IT or software sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
