**Required Skills**:

- Knowledge of sign board installer, particularly in outdoor and indoor settings.
- Strong knowledge of stitching techniques, materials, and sewing patterns.
- Basic understanding of maintenance and troubleshooting of sewing equipment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Creativity and adaptability in implementing design concepts and alterations.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Select and prepare the appropriate materials, including flex, fabric, stitching accessories, and rexine, according to the project requirements.
- Utilize various cutting tools and techniques to create precise shapes and pieces.
- Seamlessly stitch together various materials, paying close attention to stitching techniques, thread tension, and seam allowances.
- Incorporate different stitching styles and techniques to enhance the visual appeal and durability of the products.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the final products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with designers, production managers, and other team members to discuss project requirements and design specifications.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, including maintaining and servicing sewing machines and tools.
