**You should have experience constructing HIGH END VILLAS, and / or Construction in Alibaug / Lonavala / Karjat / Mumbai. High end hospitality construction, or high end apartment construction can be considered.**:

- Alibaug experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Office location: Fort, Kala Ghoda, Mumbai
- Site Location: Awas, Alibaug (Site is on Main Alibaug Road). We have a second project coming up in Zirad.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Project coordination, estimations, quantity surveying, bill checking for our real estate projects. Prior experience is mandatory. Should be willing to help out in procurement as well.
- Managing the site. Ability to travel to site, and be an independent worker is required
- Should be proficient with Autocad, MS Office / Google Docs, and at least one project management software
- Knowledge of Marathi is a big plus, as site is in Maharashtra

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹55,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
