Job Title: Diploma Trainee Engineer (Production)

Key Responsibilities:

- **Production Support**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of production schedules.

- Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any deviations from quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities.
- Generate reports on production metrics and performance.
- Assist in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- **Training and Development**:

- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Seek guidance from senior engineers and actively participate in learning opportunities.
- **Adherence to Safety Standards**:

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in, Production,Automobile, Mechanical,etc.
- Strong passion for manufacturing and production processes.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing operations.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
