We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician's Assistant to join our dynamic team of medical professionals. The Physician's Assistant will work closely with our esteemed plastic surgeons to provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and patient satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist plastic surgeons in all aspects of patient care, including pre-operative assessments, surgical procedures, and post-operative follow-up.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Educate patients on treatment options, risks, and benefits, and provide pre-operative and post-operative instructions.
- Coordinate patient care, including scheduling appointments, arranging consultations, and liaising with other healthcare providers.
- Assist in surgical procedures, including surgical site preparation, tissue manipulation, and wound closure, under the supervision of the plastic surgeon.
- Monitor patients' progress and manage post-operative complications as necessary, in collaboration with the surgical team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards, policies, and protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field.
- Previous experience in plastic surgery, surgery or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with the surgical team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
