**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process reservations, cancellations, and changes in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, or experiences being booked.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rates, packages, and special promotions.
- Enter customer and reservation details into reservation systems or databases.
- Resolve customer complaints or refer them to the appropriate supervisor.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., front desk, concierge, or operations) to coordinate services.
- Monitor inventory and alert management when capacity limits or overbooking may occur.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or reservation role preferred.
- Proficient in reservation software (e.g., Opera, Sabre, ResNexus) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
