**About the organization**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential markets and customers to develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in assigned regions.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve growth targets and increase market share.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, to ensure a steady flow of new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with international clients.
- Work closely with the International Sales Manager and other internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Coordinate with local representatives and partners to facilitate smooth operations and logistics.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- Travel internationally as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and explore new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in international business and marketing are preferable.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing role will be great.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity and willingness to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
