Responsible for checking check list should be attached for each Pre Job Card & Invoice Responsible for reviewing the vehicle, identifying the issues and creating the Pre job card & job card

Responsible for filling the job sheet doing the estimation and taking customer agreement on the job sheet and estimation

Responsible for Collaborate with the team leaders and explain the nature of the job and timeline post customer agreement

Responsible for communicating with the customer and keeping them up to date on the progress made

Responsible for all Labour Service Charges to be entered as per approved labour service chart & Ensure all Spare Parts issue slips were entered against the job card while preparing the Invoice

Responsible for checking the correctness of AMC & Warranty related entries Responsible for checking the outside jobs are noted down in job card and entering into the Invoice Responsible for close all job cards after work completed

Responsible for all closed job cards should be invoiced Responsible to Evaluate vehicle performance post service

Responsible for creating the final bill in CRM and informing the customer about the final bill, when the vehicle is ready and handle the delivery of the vehicle

Responsible to followup with the Customer for Advance payments for all major repairs like Accidents, Prolife entine replacements etc before advising the concerned to start the work

Responsible to submit a daily report to Workshop Head regarding number of Job cards opened, closed, Opened but not closed, Invoice's prepared, deliveries done and Warranty & AMC Claims done

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
