**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **routine preventive maintenance** and timely repairs for:

- Electrical systems (lights, switches, DBs, wiring)
- Plumbing systems (leakages, faucets, water pressure, geysers)
- Carpentry (furniture fixes, door alignment, minor woodwork)
- Appliances (basic troubleshooting for AC, fridge, microwave, washing machine, etc.)
- Carry out **move-in/move-out inspections** and ensure apartments are fully functional and well-presented.
- Respond promptly to **maintenance requests** raised by residents or the central office.
- Coordinate with outside vendors for tasks beyond internal capabilities.
- Maintain **service records and checklists** for all assigned properties.
- Provide **feedback and updates** to the Maintenance Supervisor and escalate issues if required.
- Travel across multiple sites (DLF, Vasant Vihar, Saket, Golf Links, etc.) as assigned.
- Support technicians and housekeeping staff when needed.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in **facility management, hotels, or service apartments**.
- Strong technical knowledge in **electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair**.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols.
- Ability to **read manuals/instructions** and troubleshoot independently.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and updating the team with photos/status.
- Good behavior, professional appearance, and respectful communication with expat clients.

**Other Requirements**:

- Should be **flexible with timings**, including weekends and emergencies.
- **Two-wheeler preferred** for easy mobility across properties.
- Willing to work as part of a **small, tightly managed team**.
