- **Leading and responsible for Product formulation development as per requirement.**:

- **Analyzing feasibility of new formulation development on the area of construction chemical and completing the project as per requirement of management for as per market demand.**:

- **Continual improvement on quality of products and cost reduction by modification of formulation**:
**Qualification & Experience**

**B.Sc+MSc+Phd/B.Tech+ Mtech with 12 -15 Years experience in R& D of Construction Chemicals /Building Materials**

**Experience will vary for chemist & Executive profile**
