**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Oversight**:Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

**Compliance and Reporting**:Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analysis to management.
**Audit Support**:Coordinate and manage external audits, providing necessary documentation and support to auditors.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficient in Tally and MS Office suite.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
