**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Develop creative content, frame new questions, and write easy-to-understand solutions, for JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, NEET-UG & State Entrance Exams.
2. Solution writing for questions ( bringing creativity approach to make learning simple)
3. Analyze and research exam patterns, type of questions, and difficulty level to remain updated with the latest trends in questions asked in competitive exams.
4. Analyze the quality of content and work on improvement.
5. Interact & Collect students’ feedback, understand their learning needs, and focus on improving user performance
6. Train & Manage Content Developers (both in-house and freelancers) - Onboarding, task allocation, review, and feedback to make them deliver better content.
7. Coordinate with the team and manage the roadmap for content development.
8. Write informative articles on various topics for Testbook's blog that will help students in their preparation.

**What we are looking for**:

- Must have appeared in JEE/NEET or State Entrance Exams.
- An enthusiastic individual who would like to make a difference in the education sector in India
- Should have a strong passion for education, and willing to learn new things
- Self-driven, creative and motivated with strong adherence to deadlines and learning
- Prior experience in teaching and content development
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
- Good interpersonal skills.
