Boeing Talent Acquisition is currently looking for a System Design & Integration Specialist to join their team in **Bangalore, India**.** These positions will focus on supporting Workplace Solutions (WS) organization.

**Position Responsibilities**:
**Some of your key job responsibilities may include**:

- Installing, configuring, and maintaining IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server, and other related middleware components.
- Designing and implementing high availability and disaster recovery solutions for WebSphere infrastructure.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting WebSphere performance issues, and identifying and resolving problems with the help of performance monitoring tools.
- Staying up to date with the latest WebSphere technologies and recommending upgrades or improvements as needed.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience in IBM WebSphere administration, including installation and configuration.
- Experience in designing and implementing high availability and disaster recovery solutions for WebSphere infrastructure.
- Experience with WebSphere security, including SSL configuration, LDAP integration, and user authentication.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash, Perl or Python is a plus.
- IBM WebSphere certification is desirable but not mandatory.

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree with 8 -12 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
