English Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction**: Deliver engaging and effective science lessons that incorporate a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and technologies to meet the diverse needs of students and promote active learning.
- **Laboratory Work**: Facilitate laboratory experiments and investigations, providing guidance and support to students as they develop scientific inquiry skills, experimental techniques, and data analysis abilities.
- **Conceptual Understanding**: Foster students' conceptual understanding of scientific principles and theories across disciplines such as biology, chemistry, physics, earth science, and environmental science.
- **Critical Thinking**: Encourage students to think critically and analytically about scientific phenomena, asking questions, making predictions, and evaluating evidence to draw conclusions and solve problems.
- **Scientific Literacy**: Promote scientific literacy by helping students develop the ability to interpret and communicate scientific information effectively through reading, writing, and oral presentations.
- **Safety**: Ensure the safety and well-being of students during laboratory activities, adhering to established safety protocols, procedures, and best practices for handling hazardous materials and equipment.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Assess student learning through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods, providing timely and constructive feedback to guide student progress and achievement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Earth Science, Environmental Science, or a related field. A BSc in Science Education is preferred.
- Proven experience teaching science at the middle school or high school level, with a strong knowledge base in one or more scientific disciplines.
- Passion for science education and a commitment to fostering students' curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics, promote positive behavior, and create a supportive learning environment conducive to student success.
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools and resources to enhance science instruction and facilitate student learning.
- Willingness to participate in professional development activities and stay informed about current trends and best practices in science education.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Science Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
- Experience with inquiry-based learning, project-based learning, or other student-centered instructional approaches.
- Familiarity with Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) or other relevant science education standards.
- Experience organizing and supervising extracurricular science activities, such as science fairs, clubs, or field trips.
- Collaboration with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects or curriculum initiatives.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
