**Responsibilities**:
2. Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying our company’s values and mission, and effectively communicating our unique value proposition to event attendees and passersby.

5. Collateral Distribution: Distribute marketing materials, brochures, and branded merchandise to increase brand visibility and drive interest in our recruitment solutions.

6. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify relevant events, locations, and target audience demographics, providing valuable insights for future field marketing initiatives.

8. Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that field marketing initiatives align with the overall marketing strategy and reinforce our brand messaging.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the recruitment industry or related field.
