**Job Title**: Interior Designer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their needs, preferences, and budget. Gather information on the purpose of the space and how it will be used.
- Design Development: Create design concepts, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings. Develop detailed plans and specifications for interior construction, materials, lighting, and furnishings.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire design process from conception to completion. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
- Material Selection: Source and select materials, furniture, and accessories. Ensure selections meet the client’s needs and align with the overall design concept.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets. Provide clients with cost estimates and ensure all expenditures stay within budget.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and address any issues that arise.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technology. Incorporate innovative ideas and sustainable practices into designs.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- **Qualifications**:_

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

**Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior design or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and material properties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

**Certifications**:

- Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ) is preferred but not required.

Work Environment:
The Interior Designer will work in an office setting, with frequent visits to client sites and showrooms. The role may require occasional evening and weekend work to meet project deadlines or accommodate client schedules.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
