About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious MBA intern to join our Category Team for a 6-month

internship. As an MBA intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Category Team's initiatives,

including surveys, new product launches, market research, competitive analysis, and data analysis.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative e-commerce

environment.

Responsibilities and Ownership:

- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and

challenges in the furniture and appliances rental industry.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors' strategies, pricing models, and product offerings

to provide insights into the development of Rentomojo's competitive advantage.
- Surveys: Assist in designing and conducting surveys to gather customer feedback and market

insights, contributing to informed decision-making.
- New Product Launches: Support the Category Team in the planning and execution of new

product launches, including market positioning, pricing strategy, and promotional activities.
- Data Analysis: Analyze internal and external data to extract meaningful insights, trends, and

patterns that can guide strategic decision-making within the Category Team.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and

Technology, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of category initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for e-commerce and interest in the rental business.

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
