Videographer - Childbirth Documentary

**Client Overview**:
Our client is a leading women's hospital in Ahilya Nagar, Maharashtra, committed to offering compassionate and high-quality maternity and women’s healthcare. As part of a unique patient experience initiative, they are documenting the day of delivery—and are looking for skilled videographers to capture this transformation.

**Position Type**:
Full-time (Project-based)

Day Shift Videographer (8 AM to 8 PM)

Night Shift Videographer (8 PM to 8 AM)

(2 positions available)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record high-quality video footage of real-time events in a respectful, sensitive, and non-intrusive manner.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff to understand daily patient flow and ensure all critical moments are captured.
- Use professional videography gear for smooth, well-lit, and steady recordings, even in low-light or fast-moving situations.
- Edit footage as required for internal review or final client output (basic post-production skills preferred).
- Ensure all content is securely stored and backed up after each shift.
- Follow strict hygiene and hospital safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with patient consent and hospital policies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in professional videography—preferably in documentary, event, or medical shoots.
- Familiarity with gimbals/stabilizers, lighting setups, and audio equipment is required; knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras is a plus but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working in a sensitive medical environment (e.g., labor room, OPD).
- Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) are an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with hospital staff and patients.
- Ability to work independently during assigned shifts (day or night).
- Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is preferred.

**Eligibility**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of videography experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
