**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to client goals and industries.
- Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts across:

- **Meta (Facebook & Instagram)**:

- **X (formerly Twitter)**:

- **LinkedIn**:

- **Google My Business**:

- **Local Listing Sites** (Just Dial, Yelp, Sulekha, etc.)
- **Quora, Reddit**, and other relevant discussion/community platforms.
- Build monthly content calendars and work closely with the content and design teams to produce engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels, etc.).
- Monitor trends and conversations across platforms to keep clients relevant and proactive.
- Plan and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Engage with followers, influencers, and communities to boost engagement and brand visibility.
- Regularly analyze, report, and optimize performance using platform analytics and tools.
- Stay updated with the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Manage client communication and expectations, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
- Support in developing new processes and tools to scale social media capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- **4+ years of social media marketing experience**, with **agency experience being mandatory**.
- Proven experience managing **multiple platforms**, including Meta, X, LinkedIn, GMB, Quora, Reddit, and local listing platforms.
- Strong strategic thinking and content planning skills.
- Solid understanding of community management, engagement tactics, and brand voice development.
- Experience with social media analytics, reporting tools, and ad managers.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
- Creative, adaptive, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Passion for digital marketing and keeping up with emerging trends.

**Nice-to-Haves**
- Basic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop) for quick-turnaround posts.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or SocialPilot.

Previous experience in fintech, NGO, or alcobev brands is a bonus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
