Responsible for the sales and retail operations of the assigned store

**Areas of Responsibility (AOR)**
- Store Management
- Team Management
- Inventory Management
- P&L management
- Corporate Sales
- Visual Merchandising
- Customer Service
- Sales target achievement

**Success Indicators (SI)**
- Achievement of Sales Target as per plan
- Ensure merchandise should not be “Out of Stock” & shrinkage should be 0%
- Ensure Customer complain to be 0%
- Ensure the adherence and maintenance of VM as per guideline.
- Ensure execution of sales targets as per plan
- Maintain efficient operations and effective product merchandising
- Responsible for upkeep of stores
- Monitor security system

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
