**Hiring for Receptionist cum Telecaller**:
Actively contacting potential customers via phone to promote products or services, gather information, schedule appointments, or provide customer support, requiring strong communication skills, the ability to handle objections, and a focus on achieving sales targets through outbound calls while maintaining positive customer interactions.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Making outbound calls**: Dialing prospective customers based on provided leads to initiate conversations about products or services.
- **Presenting product information**: Clearly explaining features and benefits of the company's offerings to potential customers. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest.
- **Qualifying leads**: Assessing customer needs and interest level to identify potential sales opportunities.
- **Handling objections**: Addressing customer concerns and overcoming resistance to close deals.
- **Closing sales**: Negotiating terms and securing orders from qualified leads.
- **Following up with leads**: Maintaining communication with potential customers to nurture relationships and encourage future sales.
- **Data entry**: Recording customer information and call details accurately in CRM systems.
- **Meeting sales targets**: Achieving designated sales goals within set timeframes.
**Required skills**:

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- A Degree or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent communication skills in the local language
- 3 + years Prior experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role
- Knowledge of computer programs like CRM and telephone systems
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues
**Expectations**:
- _To achieve monthly sales target_
- _TAMIL, ENGLISH proficiency is must. Additional languages will be a plus_
- _Proficiency in Microsoft excel, Microsoft word and handling CRM is must. Proficiency in Tally will be added advantage._
- _Must be capable of collecting outstanding funds _

**SALARY**:
