We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Assistant Lawyer to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide strategic legal counsel, manage complex cases, and lead a team of junior lawyers and legal staff. Your expertise and leadership will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our clients' interests and ensuring compliance with legal standards. **What you will do**:

- **Legal Drafting & Documentation** - Prepare precise, high-quality legal documents, including Plaints, Written Statements, Affidavits, Powers of Attorney, Rejoinders, Writ Petitions, Applications, Legal Correspondence, Legal Notices, Summary Suits, Chamber Summons, Notices of Motion, Appeals, Civil Applications, Counter Claims, and Consent Terms.
- **Court & Regulatory Representation** - Effectively represent the firm before a broad spectrum of judicial and quasi-judicial authorities, including the High Court, City Civil Court, Sessions Court, Small Causes Court, Metropolitan Magistrates Court, Co-Operative Court, Consumer Court, Family Court, DRT, DRAT, RERA, NCLT, SAT, and other regulatory bodies.
- **Litigation Management** - Handle property-related and recovery litigation, particularly land and property disputes, ensuring strategic case management and favorable outcomes.
- **Legal Research & Advisory** - Conduct in-depth legal research and provide well-reasoned opinions on a diverse range of legal matters to support case strategies and client advisories.
- **Case Follow-ups & Compliance** - Ensure diligent follow-up on legal proceedings, timely filings, and proactive case management to facilitate efficient resolution.
- **Litigation Record Management** - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the litigation management system, enabling seamless legal representation.
- **Property Law Expertise** - Provide expert legal guidance on property laws across various land categories, including rural, urban, agricultural, industrial, village, and forest lands, addressing issues such as land titles, encumbrances, and mortgages.
- **Legacy Litigation Coordination** - Oversee legacy litigation matters, ensuring meticulous record-keeping of court dates and proceedings in collaboration with external legal counsel.
- **Business Development & Client Relations** - Drive firm growth by identifying opportunities for client acquisition, cross-selling legal services, and expanding the firm’s reach.
- **Client Relationship Management** - Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, tailored legal solutions, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- **Risk Mitigation & Compliance** - Identify and mitigate potential legal risks, safeguarding the interests of both clients and the firm.

**What we are looking for**:

- A bachelor’s degree in a Law, and who’s enrolled with Bar council of India.
- Minimum 3 years of litigation / non-litigation experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines, and maintain detailed records and documentation.
- Ensure all legal documents and materials are properly organized, accurate, and compliant with regulations.
- Proficiency in court filing and paralegal services in India.
- Excellent legal research and analysis skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work across India and travel as and when required.
- Must hold a valid Sanad/Bar Council License.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
