Tgt Maths Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development and Implementation**:

- Plan and deliver mathematics lessons that align with the curriculum guidelines and standards.
- Develop and adapt instructional materials to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and enhance their understanding of mathematical concepts.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Establish and enforce classroom rules and routines to promote respectful and productive behavior.
- Manage classroom dynamics and address any behavioral issues promptly and effectively.
- **Student Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Assess and monitor students' academic progress and performance in mathematics.
- Provide regular feedback to students and their parents/guardians on academic performance and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and grades.
- **Individualized Support**:

- Identify students who need additional support and provide individualized instruction and interventions.
- Collaborate with special education staff and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate school activities and events.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school committees.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about current educational practices, trends, and technologies in mathematics education.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain professional behavior at all times.
- **Extracurricular Involvement**:

- Participate in and/or lead extracurricular activities, such as math clubs, competitions, or tutoring sessions.
- Encourage student participation in mathematics-related events and activities.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- State certification or licensure for teaching mathematics at the secondary level (as required by local regulations).
- Completion of teacher training programs (B.Ed. or equivalent).
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience teaching mathematics at the middle or high school level.
- Experience in developing and implementing curriculum for secondary learners.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
