**IT Support Technician**

**Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in IT support

**Experience**: Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in IT support

**Essential Skills & Knowledge**:

- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Interact with new and existing users to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Basic knowledge of networking and computer systems.
- Collaborate with the IT team to offer solutions and support to users.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including system updates and backups.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
