We’re scaling fast and are looking for a creative powerhouse who can create thumb-stopping Reels and social media videos that bring our brand to life and make people _want_ to be a part of the Awear world.

**Location**:Gurgaon**
**In-office role only,**we want someone who thrives in a collaborative, startup environment.

**What You’ll Do**
You’ll be the _creative engine _behind our short-form video content:

- Edit high-performing Reels, TikToks, and Shorts optimized for Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Conceptualize fresh, viral-friendly video ideas aligned with Gen Z and Millennial trends
- Work closely with the founder and content team to translate brand vision into visually stunning stories
- Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, and effects that elevate brand aesthetics
- Repurpose existing long-form content into short, snackable formats
- Track performance and iterate based on content insights
- Jump in on shoot days and help direct content angles, lighting, and vibe if needed

**Who You Are**
- **Experience**: 1-4 years editing **Reels, TikToks, Shorts, ads**, or other **social-first content**:

- **Software**: Proficiency in **Premiere Pro**, **After Effects**, **CapCut Pro**, **Final Cut Pro**, or similar
- **Trends-Obsessed**: You live on Instagram and TikTok; you know **what’s trending before it trends**:

- **Creative Mindset**: You can **visualize stories** and understand pacing, hooks, and audience psychology
- **Collaborative**: You want to be a part of a **fast-paced startup**, work closely with the team, and contribute ideas beyond editing

**Bonus Points** if you:

- Have experience **shooting content** on iPhones/DSLRs
- Understand **beauty, skincare, or lifestyle aesthetics**:

- Can experiment with **AI-driven edits and templates**
