**About the Role**:
We are looking for a talented visual designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that communicate our brand's messaging effectively. You will work on a variety of projects, including digital and print media, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute creative concepts and designs for various media, including web, social media, print, and video

Create visual assets such as icons, logos, illustrations, and infographics

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as copywriters and marketers to ensure the design aligns with the project's goals and messaging

Ensure brand consistency across all designs, including the use of color, typography, and imagery

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget

Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders, explaining design decisions and solutions

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field

At least [1] years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design skills and creativity

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite & Editing tools

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually engaging designs.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
